Shipping Policy:

Order Confirmation and Tracking number of the Shipping:

An email confirmation will be sent to you, confirming your order once it has been received. The confirmation will be sent within 15 minutes after your order has been placed.

You will also receive an email confirmation when your order ships, with both the carrier and tracking number to follow it.

Please note that there wont be tracking number for USPS Letters or Large envelopes for First class. In order to receive the tracking number, you should choose priority class or First class certified (that requiere signing of the order, when it arrives to destination).

Next business day shipping orders: need to be placed on a weekday (excludes weekends and holidays) Before 12pm CST.

All orders are shipped from Texas.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO

Please note we do not guarantee any delivery that has incorrect shipping address information or is not delivered on time due to severe weather or acts of nature that delay the carrier.  Shipping rates are based method, total weight, and destination from our Spring, TEXAS facility.

Processing time

Babytom works hard to provide the best service, so you can receive our products as soon as possible.

If an item is in stock, we will procced to ship it within 72 hours. In case we don’t have it in stock, we will let you know promptly.

Once your order is processed, we will send you an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Orders placed before 12 pm CST Monday-Friday process within 1 Business Day. All orders placed after 12 pm ET will be processed and shipped as though it was placed on the following Business Day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at the moment. 

Multiple addressed

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Refused shipments

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Redirecting an order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once in transit, we cannot redirect shipments to a new or different address. If you order is returned for an invalid or incorrect address your order will be returned to stock and the order refunded less any shipping charges. 

 

Returns Policy

We want you and your baby to be happy with our products, if for any reason you are not, please don’t hesitate to return it. Within 30 days of the purchase order.

Please email us to: info@babytom-organic.com, and request your “Return of Products Authorization number” (RPA#).

Babytom will be responsible for shipping costs only of defective products, in that case, a prepaid return label can be provided for returns. For any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

In order to being able to refund the purchase price, the returned items must be:

  • Unwashed and unused.
  • With the original tags and barcode.
  • If you purchased a product as part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned.
  • Sale products and Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Requesting a “Return of products Authorization number” (RPA#): 

Please email us to: info@babytom-organic.com, and request your “Return of Products authorization number” (RPA#), with the following information:

Description of the item to be returned:

  • Barcode #.
  • Reason for the return:
  • Proof of purchase:
  • 2 Photo of the defective garment:
    • 1) complete cloth.
    • 2) Area of the defect

    Once we receive the returned item with the RPA#, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase price.

    Retail customers who receive defective goods should contact the store where the item was purchased. Not Babytom headquarters.
